• Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, as each product is made-to-order.

• If a payment issue arises, we reserve the right to cancel or delay your order until resolved.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We use trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS for order delivery.

• Standard production and shipping time is typically 7–10 business days, but may vary based on location, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.

• Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
